Domestic violence doesn’t discriminate. It can happen to anyone, anywhere. If you’re a victim of abuse, remember:
1. It’s not your fault.
2. You are not alone.
3. Help is available.
Our services are designed to empower survivors, prevent re-victimization, and create safe spaces where women can heal, rebuild their lives, and rediscover their strength.
One-on-One Support
We provide personalized, confidential support tailored to each woman’s unique needs. Our team of trained volunteers and counselors offers a safe, judgment-free space for women to share their stories and plan their next steps.
Our professional counselors use evidence-based approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), to help women address various issues.
Group Therapy
Small, supportive groups (8–12 women) meet weekly to:
• Understand the dynamics of abuse and its effects.
• Build self-esteem and confidence.
• Learn coping strategies and develop safety plans.
• Share experiences in a safe and empowering environment.
Every Woman’s Chat Group
A safe space to share stories, build connections, and improve mental health. Women often describe our chat groups as a place of renewal and friendship, reducing isolation and fostering healing.
Emotional Resilience Workshops
Interactive sessions focus on confidence-building, self-care, and understanding the impacts of abuse on women and children.
Specialized Support for BME Women
We provide culturally sensitive services for Black, Asian, and Minority Ethnic (BME) women, addressing barriers such as language, cultural stigma, and immigration challenges.
Our programs empower women to break cycles of abuse while preserving their cultural identity.
Domestic violence is more than physical harm—it can take many forms, including:
• Emotional abuse: Manipulation, threats, and isolation.
• Psychological abuse: Intimidation, humiliation, and coercion.
• Financial abuse: Controlling finances, withholding money or access to resources.
• Sexual abuse: Non-consensual acts, forced degradation.
