BOYS: It is recommended that you create a profile on Strava to create a training log; please follow Coach Jeff Sanborn if you do so your progress can be properly evaluated and managed. Strava is free, and while a smart watch is helpful, it's not a requirement, as workouts can be logged manually or you can be tagged by your teammates. You don't need an expensive smart watch as the budget watches include everything you will need, but we recommend you check Strava's list of compatible watches before purchasing a new one.
