Clay Slab Creatures

A clay slab is a flat piece of clay that is rolled out and cut into shapes to create pottery. The slabs are then joined together to form 3D objects. 

Steps for working with clay slabs: 

• Roll out the clay to an even thickness

• Cut the clay into shapes

• Fold, bend, and manipulate the shapes

• Join the shapes together
