The State Ethics Commission has created a new conflict of interest law online training program and learning platform which will allow municipal and school employees, board & committee members to complete the conflict of interest law education requirements more easily.
Because this is a new education and tracking program, everyone will be required to complete the online training. Moving forward the training will be required every two years at which time you will receive an email reminder.
Certificates and acknowledgment slips will no longer need to be printed or forwarded to Human Resources because they will be retained in the learning platform database for easy access.
Please click on the button below to access the learning platform:
Please note that notifications from the learning management system when you complete the requirements may be delayed by several minutes. If your connection has timed out while completing the online training program, you may need to sign in at a different time due to high traffic.
Thank you and please do not hesitate to reach out to Human Resources Director/Asst. Town Administrator Molly Kean or Assistant Superintendent Allison Borchers with any questions you may have.
