Combat the flu by:

• Getting your flu shot 

• Wash your hands with soap and water or hand sanitizer

• Cover your mouth when you sneeze or cough

• Eat healthy and exercise

• Watch a comedy, smiling and laughing can help boost your immune system

• Stay home if you are sick.   Your fever should be gone for 24 hours without the use of Acetaminophen or Ibuprofen before returning to school or work.
