Adventure Begins At Your Library

Every registrant for this year's Summer Reading Program will receive a Weston Public Library pocket flashlight upon sign-up. Stop by starting on kickoff day, Friday, June 21, to pick up your flashlight and your summer brochure! We are encouraging families to read together throughout the summer to complete our Summer Reading Challenge, attend some of our amazing events, and explore Weston as you track down each of our Scavenger Hunt locations! This year you get to pick and choose the way you complete your challenges so you can build your own path to earning one of our amazing prizes or the limited edition Summer Reading Challenge Coin!

How Do I Keep Track?

Just like last year, you can track all of your progress using the Beanstack app. You can sign up by clicking here. Log the minutes you read and participate in challenges to earn tickets that you can enter for a chance to win prizes. For children and teens, we will have drawings throughout the Summer as well as at the end; for adults, our prize raffles will be at the end only.

Wrapping Up

End of Summer Grand Prizes will then be awarded after the conclusion of the Summer Reading program on August 16; that's eight whole weeks to participate! Keep your eyes on your inbox for further details on the Scavenger Hunt, prize raffle announcements, and more. In the meantime check out some of our upcoming events taking place this June.
