The event is located at the Circle D Horsemen's Association, about 5 - 10 minutes away from the Interstate 80 and Interstate 505 junction. See below for further details.

The site is located on the corner of Griffin Road and Meridian Road.
Best access for trailers is from Meridian Rd. Just prior to turning onto Griffin Rd, turn left into the open grass parking area instead.
FROM EAST: From I-80 West, take exit for Midway Rd and Lewis Rd. Turn left onto O'Day Rd. Immediately turn right onto Midway Rd. Turn right on N Meridian Rd. Site is to left in less than half a mile.
FROM WEST: Take I-80 East and exit onto Weber Rd. Turn left onto N Meridian Rd. Site is to left in just over 1 mile.
Site Accessibility: Close / Handicap Parking, Cell Phone Reception.
Parking: Parking will be in the grass/dirt field to the east side of the site for both trailers and vehicles. Vehicles should be parked perpendicular to Griffin Rd (parallel to the club house and other trailers). Please leave the lane continuing straight from the entrance off of Meridian Road clear for fire safety. Handicap / Close parking is available next to the entrance off of Griffin Rd. Please check in with the Event Steward if you have questions about where to park.
Terrain Description: Fenced dirt equestrian arena for the riding/competition portions of the event. Both spectator and parking area is natural dirt and/or mowed grass pasture. Far ends of site or inside of equestrian arena can be uneven and have deeper dirt footing. There are no paved paths, but terrain is generally flat with small deviations and without any inclines.
Bodies of Water on/near Site: None
Insects or wild animals to be aware of on/ near site: Possibly squirrels, various birds, or black widows. Neighboring properties have cattle, goats, and sheep livestock which are nearby but kept separate by fencing.
Amenities on Site: Stone Privies, Shopping near by, Picnic Areas/Tables. This is an equestrian facility with lots of open area. Leashed dogs only. There is a hose to fill water for horses. The perimeter of the site is unfenced, but surrounding traffic is minimal. There are some trees but overall minimal shade.
Camping: Onsite camping is not available for either horses or humans, but several locations nearby provide accommodations. Please see the Stabling and Accommodations page for suggestions.
Horse Stalls: A limited number of pipe pens are available for day-use only, and payment for pens is directly with the site owner. Please contact the Event Steward if you need to reserve one.
Horse Rentals: Loaner horses are subject to availability. Please reach out to horse owners to discuss use of their animal(s). You may also contact the Event Steward for further guidance.
