Student Responsibilities

Tasks

  • Explore some sample HyperDocs relevant to your grade-level and subject area.
  • Explore Teachers Give Teachers to see if there is a HyperDoc that is compatible with your lesson goals. Note: Click Take One to search for and make a copy of a HyperDoc relevant to your student learning objectives and modify it to suit your instructional goals. Alternatively, create your own HyperDoc from scratch.
  • View: How To HyperDoc Playlist (view videos as needed)
  • Open this link to Padlet and articulate your lesson objectives/goals and how you envision transforming your teaching with 21st-century pedagogies in mind (Padlet is an online collaborative space to share "sticky notes" and much more). What would you like students to be able to do by the end of the lesson? What 21st-century instructional strategies would you like to incorporate into your lesson? Please put your name, grade level, and subject area in the title of your note. Feel free to comment on a colleague's note.
  • Choose a HyperDocs Template and begin the process of designing your lesson. I would strongly encourage you to use the "Basic HyperDocs Template" (see link below).
  • Share your HyperDoc with the instructor with the rights to edit: rleo@westgenesee.org
