Flipgrid is a web based tool that allows communication through the use of individual video recordings. The teacher controls the level of communication and other details related to the "grid" and "topic". It can even allow asynchronous communication with individuals outside the community with the use of a private code. One caveat: in order for the outside enterprise to add to the grid, they must use a Google or Microsoft account. This is not necessary if they are just viewing the grid/topic.
