Recommended Devices and Minimum Requirements

This list is designed to offer guidance to those purchasing digital devices for students in Years 5-8 at Westburn School.

Please note that there are minimum requirements listed and that some features are ‘recommended’ rather than ‘required’.

We are recommending what a device should be able to do, rather than specific device types, in keeping with our focus on child-centred learning.

Any tablets or iPads are not suitable for written work at Westburn School. If you would like to see if your device suits the requirements, please contact andy.yates@westburn.school.nz
