WALL PUSH-UPS
These are better if you don't rush. Make sure to keep your feet planted, and bring your chest to the wall and back.

EGG
How long can you hold?
Don't forget to breathe!

Try to hold your arms and legs up in the air and fly like superman!
Down Dog is a great position to stretch your body and also to relax!
Keep your front toes forward, and your back ones to the side. Bend your front knee and hold, looking out over your front fingers. Do each side.
Hold your balance on each side like a tree! You can place your foot above your ankle, or above/below your knee.
Fresh air and walking outside is a great activity!
You can count different objects on your walk: trees, mailboxes, driveways, etc.
Or you can play I Spy on your walk to see if others can guess what you see!
Have fun with some chalk on your driveway or sidewalk.
Catch, dribble, kick, throw.
Can you dribble while saying the ABCs? Which letter can you get to?
