Mentoring is the foundation of all we do. One adult and a group of students come together to form a mentor group. The mentor is the first person of contact for each learner and their outside support.
It is a time set aside every day for learners and their mentors to come together to:
build strong relationships
build community and ownership
progress through partnership
facilitate future-minded opportunities
