Introduction
ALL living things are made of cells. Cells are the smallest unit of life that can perform all of life's processes. This means a one cell is the smallest amount of any organism that could potentially live independently or contains enough information to build a new cell. Cells make up tissues (groups of similar cells that do the same things) which combine to make up organs like bones, heart and stomach. Related organs make up organ systems like respiratory or nervous systems, which combine to make up an individual organism.
