When we chip away at a new health goal, we’re often presented with challenges along the way. This is part of the journey and to be expected. It requires disrupting a pattern, while simultaneously fostering a new one.
This month, we challenge you to track at least 6 out of 12 days where you stick to your goal to earn 200 WellStyles points. Registration opens Monday, Sept. 5 and can be found under the Challenges tab on the WellStyles platform or app.
