Books you would recommended for students in early elementary grades, generally picture books.
Typically voted on by Kindergarten, 1st and 2nd graders; however, it can be flexible and set by the person running the program at each site.
Votes are due by March 1st each year.
Nominations should be made by students who would read picture books.

Books recognized as noteworthy and of special interest to students. Books now in print and readily available, published within the last 5 years. Fiction or nonfiction. Individual book titles, not series names.
