Reminder: Update your Student’s Health Information

Dear WPS Families,

This is a reminder from the Nursing Department to log in to the health portal and update your child’s information for the 2025-2026 school year. It’s important to ensure that we have the most current details, including permission to treat and transport, which must be renewed each school year.

To access the portal, please log in using your PowerSchool account.
