Parents, please review the following before sending your child to school every day. We all need to work in partnership to keep our classrooms as healthy as possible. No student can be in school with any of these symptoms. Please take your child's temperature every morning as you review these symptoms.

Fever (above 100℉) or feeling feverish (shaking chills)
Cough (not due to other known cause, such as a chronic cough)
Shortness of Breath/difficulty breathing
New loss of smell/taste
Sore throat
Muscle/body aches
GI symptoms, such as nausea, vomiting or diarrhea
Headache (when in combination with other symptoms)
Fatigue (when in combination with other symptoms)
New nasal congestion or new runny nose (not due to other known causes, such as allergies)
Have you been asked to self-isolate or quarantine by a medical professional or a local public health official?
If you can answer yes to any of the above, please do not send your child to school and notify your school nurse

WPS is not conducting in-school testing for Covid-19.
If you need a Covid-19 test, please contact your school nurse.
