Send a copy of your updated driver's license, SS card or passport (with new name/gender.)

If you don't live in NJ or recently moved out of NJ, you need to complete this waiver. Please complete the form as best you can and send it to HR@weehawken.k12.nj.us asap with a short letter explaining why you had to move.
