Weehawken Election Day Voting Directions

Voting Polls are open 6:00AM-8:00PM.

Polling Place: Bring your ballot to the polling place listed on your ballot by 8:00 p.m. on Election Day, November 3rd. There are only four designated polling sites in Weehawken. Your sample ballot will indicate where your polling place is for this purpose. Firehouse – 1900 Willow Avenue, Webster School – 2700 Palisade Avenue, Senior Nutrition Center – 201 Highwood Avenue, Weehawken Elks – 2 - 50th Street

Ballot Dropbox: Use the Township secure ballot dropbox which is located outside in front of Weehawken Township Hall 400 Park Ave Weehawken NJ. Reminder, the secure ballot dropbox is available all through November 3rd, until 8 p.m. at which time it will be sealed. All ballots must be submitted or postmarked by 8:00 p.m. on November 3rd.

Register to Vote

The deadline to register to vote in the November General Election in NJ is October 13th.

Voting Plan

Remember to create a voting plan. Decide if you will vote by mail, drop off your ballot in a ballot drop box, or vote in person.

If you plan to vote by mail, try to deliver to the post office as soon as possible. Your ballot must be postmarked by November 3rd and received by November 10th.

If you plan to vote by dropping off in the ballot drop box, please go to the Township of Weehawken Municipal Building located at 400 Park Avenue to drop off your ballot. You must drop off your ballot by 8PM November 3rd.

If you plan to vote in person, know where you need to go before November 3rd and decide when you will go during the day. Make sure you plan an ample amount of time in your schedule designated to voting.
