Students were able to differentiate shapes (las formas) in the target language. They learned it by creating a "Shape Person" and describing it to their classmate in Spanish. This activity gives the students meaningful speaking practice and helps them to gain confidence to use the language.

The students had the opportunity to practice weather vocabulary in the target language. They learned it by using a weather website to look up and describe weather in several cities.

La Casa De Mis Sueños Dream House Project! This project allowed students to use Spanish vocabulary to describe parts of the house. They learned it by creating a Slides Presentation using real-life pictures, and creating unique sentences in the target language to describe the rooms.

How many Spanish-speaking country flags (banderas) can you identify? The students were able to identify the flags of the 21 Spanish-speaking countries. They learned it by working in pairs to match the flag with the country name. With this activity, students were able to differentiate the flag colors and symbols and practice correct pronunciation.
