- Post about your time at Web Summit, cool activations, quotes/images/videos from talks, Night Summit etc.
- Tag @WebSummit and use #WebSummit in your posts.
- Engage with our posts (like, comment, retweet) on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Reshare any content we publish on social media.
- Promote any of the images uploaded to the official Web Summit Flickr account.
- Share images of your volunteer team on social media.
Don’t
- Don’t post any images/videos of the floor or stage build before it’s open to the public.
- Don’t post about any confidential materials (contracts, emails, production maps etc.)
- Don’t engage with complaints or media on social media
- Don’t post images of your accreditation before the event.
- Don’t post images of exits, meeting points, security etc.
- Don’t approach speakers or media for pictures
- Don’t use foul or inappropriate language on social media while at Web Summit
Just keep in mind, while you’re volunteering at Web Summit, you are representing our brand
- make us proud :)
