First you’ll need to fill in a form on the Bloomerang Volunteer platform to confirm your application here.
Some weeks before the event, you will receive an email asking if you continue to be interested in the volunteer program.
After that, the selection process begins and when you’re selected by the volunteer management team to a specific role, you’ll receive another email to choose your shifts.
When you confirm your availability to those shifts you’re confirmed as a Web Summit volunteer and you’ll receive the final information about your roles and logistics for the event.

Selection Process: a few weeks before the event
Event: February 23rd to 26th (but the volunteer shifts start a few days before)
Receiving the Participation Certificate: a few weeks after the event (together with a link to the volunteer photos and video)
