Impact at Web Summit

Impact is a movement encouraging companies and entrepreneurs at Web Summit to focus on how – with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as a guiding light – they can use tech to benefit their industry, their communities and the entire planet.

At Web Summit Qatar 2025, we’re celebrating the change-makers at the forefront of this movement.

We identify impact startups, investors and speakers using the UN Sustainable development goals as a guideline, “these global goals designed to be a "shared blueprint for peace and prosperity for people and the planet, now and into the future". 

Impact startups can be identified by an impact badge on their exhibition board at the event and on the mobile app. You can search our attending startups through the app and can filter impact startups if you want to target these directly.

Our impact speakers will be featured in our making an impact event guide which will be released closer to the event on our website and app, it will feature all of the impact related content that will be at the event.  

Our impact investors can be identified through the mobile app by using the filter search.
