A fleet of luxury shuttles will be providing complimentary transport, between the W Doha Hotel and the Doha Exhibition & Convention Center (DECC) for speakers and guests during Web Summit Qatar.
To avail of this service, please make yourself known to the transport manager stationed at either location and they’ll arrange a van for you. These vans will operate on a first come first served basis.
The route schedule is below.
Transit time is approximately 10 minutes between the hotel and venue, but please expect slight adjustments due to traffic at peak times.

There will be paid underground parking available onsite at the DECC for all attendees. The first level green car park will be reserved for speakers and guests.
Please ensure you have downloaded and logged into the Web Summit Qatar app before you arrive, to access your ticket QR code under 'My ticket'. You may be asked by security staff to show your ticket to access the speaker parking lot.
