On this page you will find information on:
Our goal is to help you navigate Collision.
We send weekly email updates, develop and run startup activations, and carry out many other tasks in the lead up to the event.
Here’s what’s included in your ALPHA package:
Three tickets to Collision, giving you full access to all three days of the event, including After Hours.
An online startup profile that is circulated to investors, members of the media, and strategic partners.
An exhibition booth at the event for one day.
An exhibition board that we will print and have ready for you at your booth on your assigned exhibition day.
Access to all startup activations, including PITCH, Startup Showcase, Mentor Hours, 40 Words, startup masterclasses and startup roundtables.
Investor to startup meetings.
Access to the Collision mobile app, where you can curate a personalised schedule and build connections before the event begins.
Access to an exclusive Lounge on the exhibition floor, where you can network or take a break. There will be light refreshments available.
A dedicated startup success manager to help you with event preparations.
Each company is assigned a dedicated startup success manager to help prepare for the event. You will have met them in the welcome email we sent out.
Your startup success manager is your best point of contact, and will send weekly email updates in the weeks leading up to the event.
We can only answer the questions you ask, so be sure to send us an email if you have any questions.
Your startup success manager will be happy to answer.
To receive additional Collision updates, please make sure to update and complete your ticket details. All email addresses assigned a ticket from your ticket package will be included in email communications from your startup success manager, and will receive the Collision newsletter.
For information on assigning your tickets, check out this page. If any additional team members would like to receive email communications, please inform your startup success manager.
Please note: Collision’s startup team is based in Ireland and Portugal. We aim to respond to any queries as efficiently as possible and within 24 hours, but please consider potential time differences when contacting the team.
You will find your startup profile URL in the first email from your startup success manager. This profile URL is unique to your company and can be shared among colleagues, as there are no logins or passwords.
Why is your profile information important?
The information you submit on your profile will be visible to all of our attendees before and during the event.
This information will be used to populate our featured startups page and your Collision app profile.
Filling out your startup’s information can increase your chances of being selected for startup activations.
Your startup profile is how others will learn more about you, and will often be the first piece of information people read about your company.
Please ensure all information is correct before pressing ‘confirm for printing’ on your startup profile. It is your responsibility to provide accurate information and meet the deadlines provided.
For more help with your profile, check out our guide here.

Please note:
Collision staff will only ever contact you using a @collisionconf.com or @websummit.com email address. Your startup success manager is your main point of contact for the event. If you are unsure of any correspondence you receive, please forward it to your success manager.
