We hope you enjoyed attending Collision 2024! Here are some post-event FAQs for your reference.
Please note that the Collision team will be out of the office until Tuesday, June 25. If you have any questions, we will get back to you then.
During the event, a log of all lost and found items is kept at the info point. Once the event has finished, lost and found items will be stored in the care of the Collision team at the Enercare Centre until Friday, June 21.
You can download a copy of the invoice for your startup ticket package from the ticket dashboard. Please make sure the lead ticket holder is logging in to the dashboard.
You can export any connections made on the Collision app at any time.
In the mobile app, head to the My connections tab in the top banner. Hit "Export connections to your email". A CSV file of your confirmed connections will be sent to the email address associated with your ticket.
Please note: only confirmed connections will be included in the export, pending connections will not be exported.
The mobile app will be available until November 2024.
