Your package gives three people access to all three days of Collision, as well as weekly updates from your startup success manager and biweekly Startup Sessions.
It's important to assign your tickets as soon as possible, as you will need your ticket reference to apply for startup activations.
How do I assign my tickets?
Please follow this link to access your ticket dashboard.
On the ticket dashboard page, enter the email address you used when purchasing your ticket package. You’ll then receive an email with a link to your personal ticket dashboard. Please allow up to 24 hours for this link to arrive in your inbox. For security purposes, this link will expire after 48 hours.
Click the link in your email. Your ticket package will be available under ‘My orders’. Click ‘Manage tickets’ to assign your tickets.

On the ticket dashboard, you can:
View your ticket status
Check your ticket details
Edit your ticket details
Transfer your ticket to someone else
Create your personal profile
Please note: Once you log in to the Collision mobile app, your ticket will lock and you will no longer be able to transfer the ticket.
If you want to purchase extra startup tickets for your company, please email your startup success manager. Extra tickets will have the same benefits and access as the three tickets in your startup package, and extra team members will automatically receive the weekly emails from your success manager.
When do I need to assign my tickets?
Please assign your tickets at least five days before the event.
Can I reassign my ticket?
To reassign a ticket, please log in to your ticket dashboard here.
Please note: Once you log in to the Collision mobile app, your ticket will lock and you will no longer be able to transfer the ticket.
Are tickets transferrable during the event?
No. Once a ticket has been assigned and registered at the event, it cannot be reassigned to another team member.
How do I retrieve my tickets for the event?
Please make sure to download the Collision mobile app before arriving at the venue.
You will be required to present the mobile app at registration, as it contains the QR code of your tickets. Once registered, you will receive a wristband and your accreditation. You will need these to enter the venue for the duration of the event.
