Ms. Dorman received her undergraduate degree from SUNY Cortland, and graduate degree from SUNY Brockport. She has been teaching at Schroeder since 2001. Ms. Dorman is passionate about teaching and the Physical Education program that we offer here at Schroeder. Here at Schroeder, she currently teaches 9/10 classes, 11/12 Lifetime, and 11/12 Aquatics (Lifeguarding). She loves seeing our students participating in class, interscholastics team play, outside clubs/organizations, and working out at local gyms. You may see her at a local gym, camping in the Thousand Islands, or paddleboarding on the bay/lake/river. Ms. Dorman lives by the motto: Fit for Life....Not Just for High School.

Meredith Ernstrom Meredith_Ernstrom@webstercsd.org

Mrs. Ernstrom graduated with a BA in Economics from the University of Rochester and earned a MS in Physical Education from Canisius College. This is her second career, as she started out in advertising right out of college. Mrs. Ernstrom still enjoys advertising but on a different scale. She feels lucky to teach and exhibit a healthy lifestyle to students of all ages every day. Mrs. Ernstrom started teaching elementary physical education at Klem North in Webster before moving to Schroeder High School in 2016. She has coached volleyball basketball and currently coaches softball in Webster.

Patty Gadsby Patricia_Gadsby@webstercsd.org

Mrs. Gadsby graduated from SUNY Cortland and has been teaching at Webster Schroeder for more than 20 years. She primarily teaches students in the Lifetime Activities track as well as Adapted PE. Outside of school, Mrs. Gadsby enjoys teaching at SUNY Brockport as an adjunct professor in their Physical Education Department and has been for over 10 years. When she’s not teaching she enjoys running, biking, traveling to the Adirondacks with her husband, and taking family trips to the beach. Though she does not have children of her own, she has five amazing nieces and nephews that she loves spending time with. She feels lucky to have a career where she can share her enthusiasm for health and fitness each day!!

Rob Francis Rob_Francis@webstercsd.org

Rob has been teaching physical education for 19 years; 17 of them here in Webster. He earned a degree in Psychology from Worcester State University and his physical education degree from SUNY Brockport. Rob has a Masters in Athletic Administration that he earned from SUNY Brockport. He has been coaching Alpine skiing since 2007 with other coaching experiences ranging from football to lacrosse, softball, and track. He enjoys exposing kids to new activities/ sports and engaging kids in activity. .

Mr. McClare graduated locally from Fairport High School. He earned his degree from SUNY Brockport and began teaching in Webster at the middle school level. He has been teaching at Schroeder since 2006. He coaches varsity baseball in another district and has two children of his own, Caitlyn and Tim.

Mr. Willmott is in his 21st year teaching here at Webster Schroeder High School. He is a graduate of Cortland State College with a BS in Physical Education. He then earned his Master’s degree in Liberal Arts from Brockport State. Mr. Willmott coaches varsity football and girls basketball here at Schroeder. He is married with three daughters and enjoys watersports, golf, motorcycles, and pretty much anything you can do in nice weather!

Todd Zoltoski Todd_Zoltoski@webstercsd.org

Mr. Zoltolski’s whole career has been right here at Webster Schroeder. This is his 19th year of teaching; 18th full time year. Mr. Zoltolski received his physical education degree from SUNY Cortland and Masters in educational technology from Nazareth College. At one time he coached football, basketball, and baseball at various levels. Since he’s not coaching anymore, you can usually find him announcing any number of our sporting events here at Schroeder.
