🔈 On Saturday my #wheelsister Ashley Tatum and I were guest speakers for the Cabarrus County Democratic Board monthly breakfast/conference to present on the topic of ending poverty and marginalization for women with disabilities. We are working on call to action to spread awareness and see change happen in NC. We must see more women with disabilities in leadership and moving the needle towards equality especially in post secondary education, employment, and healthcare!
Thank you to WEAN's Lead Photographer Maria Pahang for capturing our advocacy and outreach work! We appreciate all that you do!
