Term 1's learning focus is "Who Am I Really?" Each student will have two lessons every 6 days to explore this theme with their TRJ Teacher Guide.
Students gain an understanding of themselves by exploring self-identity and the expectations placed on them by society. Students will be looking at where they have come from including birth stories, family trees and influential people in their lives, and the importance of mothers and fathers. This will lead onto growing up and discussing managing menstruation, positive body image and the media portrayal of women’s bodies
