Artist models 

Evaluation: 

This shoot was done on my iPhone as I did not have access to my camera on that day. I found that the photo shoot went pretty well some of the photos are a bit fuzzy this could be because it was shot on my phone but I think that the time of day played a big part in this as this was late afternoon and the sun was going down and the dew was coming in so It looked quite hazy. I think a few of the ideas like the fireplace area and that seat is a good idea as I think the fireplace always reminds you of the warmth that grandparents have.  This shoot was a lot of just some day-to-day chores and was taking pictures of what she was doing in that moment. 

Ideas: I am going to gather a few meaniful images that symbolise things within grannys life and place them onto a black background to try and make them really pop out. This will also be good to put on my board to break it up a bit. 

Evaluation 

This shoot was quite a different shoot for me as I had never used a background before. I really enjoyed this shoot and think that it is going to be quite good to seperate my board up as they are very differnt and make the objects pop out. I found trying to get directly above them quite diffuclt and the lighting in my house was not the best. If I was to re do this shoot I would try do it on a better day with better lighting and try and make it so the black background was flatter. 

Evalution 

This shoot was a bit rushed as the sun was starting to come down. I thought that this shoot went pretty well as I was able to capture some nice images and I really like the colours in some of them. I was inspired by the american farmer painting and have taken some photos inspired by the painting. I enjoyed doing this as the pitchfork was used when she would have to pitch hay up onto a trailer to then go feed the cows. The sye/ sickle would have been also used to keep control of grass and to make sure that it was not over grown. 

Shoot 8 

Ideas: I want to do something a bit different to my other shoots so I will try and photography snapshots and in the moment photos of granny doing day to day jobs, Im hoping that I will get a few photos outside in nature, and potentially photograph washing hanging on the line as that is a job that is always being done. 

I found that shoot 8 went well I wanted to do a documentary focussed shoot, this I did as a quick shoot catching some day to day chores that she does. To extend this idea I want to get images and put in place of the washing hanging on the line, I think this would be a good way to extend my ideas.
