Adobe Photoshop
I adjusted the below images using Adobe Photoshop Software to create amore interesting abstract photograph . I used the Object Selection Tool to cut my object of interest and pasted my object onto a new layer and turned off the original background layer. I then created a new layer with solid black colouring. I played around filters to blend the layers together, and the Exposure Offset and Gamma Correction to create shadow and depth to my image. I really like the depth of Saturation in the adjusted image.

For this image I used the Crop function to frame my object. I had to also correct the background using the Patch Tool and Healing Brush Tool to correct the marks on my wall. I adjusted the image Exposure to accentuate the ice.
Adobe Lightroom Classic
I adjusted the below image using Adobe Photoshop Software to create an abstract imagine . Firstly I change the Lens Correction to match my camera. I the worked on transforming my images perspective to straighten the lines of the table. This was technically more difficult than I had planned for. Once I was happy with the perspective I then used the B & W function to change my image to a black and white. I felt that applying the B & W function helped sharpen the image, I also played around with the Detail to reduce the image noise, and Colour Grading to remove the unwanted background lighting effect.

I wanted to compare Lightroom with Photoshop. I found that Lightroom had differing functionality compared to Photoshop, and it was more difficult to use (especially the importing the exporting) and I did not get the abstract result I was after. However, Lightroom had greater functionality with adjusting the clarity of the image using the Detail function.
