Mrs. Manzano is a dedicated educator, performer, and advocate for the arts with over 15 years of teaching experience. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Music and Theater Education from Rutgers University, a Master’s Degree in Teacher Leadership from Strayer University, and earned her Supervisor Certification from Rowan University.
In addition to her work in middle school classrooms, Mrs. Manzano has served as an instructor at both Westminster Choir College/Rider University and Rowan University, where she shared her expertise with aspiring educators and performers. She is an active voice in the music education community as a member of the NJMEA Strategic Planning Committee and a proud member of NAfME, NJMEA, and SJCDA.
As a performer, Mrs. Manzano has appeared in venues across the region, including The Ritz Theatre Company, the Broadway Theatre of Pitman, and even aboard the Battleship New Jersey. This December, she will join the Philly Pops in concert at the newly opened Marian Anderson Hall, continuing her passion for performance alongside her dedication to teaching.
Mrs. Manzano’s shares a deep commitment to inspiring students, advancing arts education, and celebrating the power of music and theater both on stage and in the classroom. She is the proud mama of 4 kiddos: a 2nd grader, Kindergartner, and Twin Preschoolers!
