WCHS is using the Aeries Parent/Student portal for students to submit their course requests. Below you will find all the timelines and details about course selection, including help videos and information about our classes and programs. Contact your school counselor if you need any assistance with picking classes for next year.
Day 1: School Counselors will present to students about the course selection process.
Day 2: School Counselors will meet with students one on one to discuss their plans for after high school and finalize their course selections.
**San Jose Charter Academy: Contact the WCHS Counseling Office for enrollment purposes. Since you are coming from outside of our district there are some extra steps that you will need to complete.
For every student, feel free to contact your future WCHS School Counselor if you have any questions or would like to discuss your course requests.

Aeries Parent/Student Portal: your login is the same as your school google login and password.
San Jose Charter Academy students and out-of-district students will use a google form to submit course requests. Contact the WCHS Counseling Office to complete the registration process.
