About Me

My name is Isabella Podlesny and I am currently studying education. I am creating this portfolio for my Educational Technology course and to highlight different digital tools that can be used to support teaching and learning in the classroom. As a future teacher, I want to use technology in ways that help students stay engaged and better understand the material. Technology can provide opportunities for collaboration, creativity, and interactive learning. Throughout this portfolio I will demonstrate several tools that teachers can use to support different learning styles and make lessons more engaging.

What Effective Technology Integration Means to Me

Effective technology integration means using digital tools to enhance learning rather than simply adding technology for entertainment. Technology should support student engagement, collaboration, and deeper understanding of the lesson content. When technology is used effectively, it allows students to explore ideas, interact with information, and demonstrate their learning in creative ways.

My goal this semester is to become more confident using different educational technology tools so that I can integrate them effectively into my future classroom.
