I used this book to find some classic fairy tales that showed examples of archetypes. I read The Little Mermaid, by Hans Christian Anderson, Puss in Boots, by Charles Perrault, and Rapunzel, by the Grimm brothers, and talked about those stories in particular in my essay. I am also writing a graphic novel based on the story of The Little Mermaid.
