Applicants interested in DE first term (Fall), must be approved by April and registered for classes by August.
Applicants interested in DE second term (Spring), must be approved by October and registered for classes by December.

The Dual Enrollment application process is as follows:
Student meets with school counselor (Mrs. Purvis at NWHS or Mrs. Buffington at CA) to determine if eligible & discuss course options
Student completes the college application and submits all requirements, including:
Lawful Presence Verification (copy of ID)
Immunization Records
High School Transcripts (send request to counselor)
Student completes the GAfutures Dual Enrollment Application & GSFC Application for Funding (GSFAPP)
Parent completes the Dual Enrollment Participation Agreement
Student meets with college dual enrollment advisor to register for classes and receive printed college schedule
Student provides college schedule to school counselor to build classes in high school schedule
Student attends college orientation and completes required training
