About US 

Welcome to the Media Center. My name is Tommye Mathis. I’m very excited to be at Cedar Ridge. I have worked in education for 26 years. I live in Gordon County with my husband and daughter. I can’t wait for an exciting year in the media center.

 I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Middle Grades Education from Shorter College, a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Berry College, Media Certification from West Georgia, and Instructional Technology and Media Design EDs.

Angela Gentry is our para-professional in the media center. She lives here in Whitfield County with her husband and four children. She is an awesome addition to our Cedar Ridge Staff!
