Course: 11th & 12th General Physical Education
Description: Fall & Spring Semester
Students will be introduced to a variety of learning opportunities considered life-time activities. Students will learn skills that will enhance their development of the activity. Students will use a variety of technology applications to enhance their personal fitness. Some learning opportunities will include: speed walking, golf, Frisbee golf, croquet, weight lifting, circuit training, tennis, badminton, Ping-Pong, volleyball, and Pickleball. This class contributes to good health and physical development as well as character development. These skills are valuable for all careers.
