Course: Algebra 2
Description: Fall & Spring Semester
This two semester course will cover the concepts of Equations and Inequalities, Linear Equations and Functions, Linear Systems and Matrices, Quadratic Functions and Factoring, Polynomials and Polynomial Functions, Rational Exponents and Radical Functions, Exponential and Logarithmic Functions, Rational Functions, Quadratic Relations, Counting Principles and Probability, Data Analysis and Statistics, and Series and Sequences. This course will be helpful for students considering a career in any of the sixteen career clusters. Upon completion of this sequence students will be prepared for a 2 or 4 year college or trade program.
