Course: General Health I
Description: Fall Semester
Students will learn how health and wellness are a balance of four different areas in their lives, and how a variety of factors influence the decisions they make about their health. This course also studies nutrition guidelines and practices skills for good decision making to avoid chronic diseases. Students will also learn ways to improve their mental health and handle stress in a healthy way. The course also covers prevention of accidents.
