Course: Intro to FCS
Description:
Students will explore topics taught in Family Consumer Sciences including culinary, sewing and child development in hopes that you can find what you are interested in and further your study in that area. Students will learn about food safety/preparation and participate in several food labs. Students learn basic interior design and sewing skills. This course is most closely tied to careers in the Human Services clusters.
