Course: Advanced Food Preparation
Description:
Students will continue to advance their culinary skills while working with the FCS instructor to create a description of their goals, type of food labs to be completed, and formulate a plan to work independently and cooperatively with other classmates in labs. Students must demonstrate 21st century skills and as well as course outline culinary standards.
Grade Level: 10, 11, 12
Prerequisite: Intro to FCS, Food Preparation recommended
