Course: Agricultural Leadership
Description: Fall & Spring Semester
This course is designed with yearlong enrollment in mind but may be separated into semesters upon request. Students in this course will focus on the qualities of leadership that will allow them to become positive leaders in their careers and community. Units covered include leadership training, parliamentary procedure, agricultural resumes, FFA Officer responsibilities, and agricultural presentations. A large part of this course will focus on planning, organizing, and presenting agricultural demonstrations and presentations. Webster City FFA Officers are encouraged to sign up for this class to help perform their duties as described in the FFA Handbook.
Grade Level: 10, 11, 12 Elective Credit
Prerequisite: Must be a Webster City FFA Officer or have approval from Ag instructors.
