In the summer of 2011, I worked as a technical writer and editor for Eastman Chemical Company. My responsibilities included writing and editing a variety of advertisement and display materials for Perennial Wood, technology enhanced wood used in variety of capacities, including decking and furniture.

In the summer of 2012, I worked with professional career counselor Eric Melniczek to edit his first book. I worked with Mr. Melniczek on editing and revision for clarity and mechanics, as well as basic design and layout.

In January of 2018, I embarked on a new opportunity as Assistant Editor of the prestigious literary journal, The Iron Mountain Review, an annual journal of Appalachian literature. Each journal contains original works and analytical essays on the Emory & Henry Literary Festival's featured writer.
