Want to become a member of NHS? Fill out the application by September 12th, 2025. There will be an OPTIONAL Q&A session about the application process on Tuesday, September 9th during PACK Time A in room 3304. This is a chance for you to ask questions about the application and NHS before you submit anything.
All members (current and new inductees) must review and sign the NHS Constitution (see above) by our November meeting. All forms will be collected digitally using this link.
