Responsibilities of our MTAC are to set goals & priorities, promote initiatives, communicate expectations, evaluate program effectiveness, solve problems, handle challenges to instructional materials, advocate for the media and technology program, and identify and recommend resources, hardware and infrastructure.
As a Digital Sciences Magnet in a constantly changing world that must keep up with technological advances, our Wake Forward Initiative for the 2019-24 school years has been to continue growth in Professional Learning through personalized activities and lessons.

On the 2023-24 Tech Thursdays, we will continue to advance our knowledge through sessions on Canvas, ChatGPT, and ways to support English as a Second Language. We will also look into Artificial Intelligence, Data Investigation & PBL, and Coding (in SNAP and other platforms.) Let our team know if there is a topic that interests you!
