Families can visit Wake County Human Services at 10 Sunnybrook Road, Raleigh, NC 27610 to receive medical care. More information can be found here.

Pediatric primary care services are provided in Clinic C and include preventative health care, immunizations, check-ups, sick care, developmental assessments, health education, and referrals for behavior services. Medicaid and NC Health Choice are accepted. Appointments only from 8:00-5:00pm Monday-Friday. Families should call 919-250-4570 to schedule.
