About Me:

I am new to Swift Creek this year. This will be my 3rd full year teaching, I taught 2.5 years of 2nd grade, and this will be my first in 3rd grade. I am so excited to have moved up! I graduated from East Carolina University, I majored in Elementary Education and minored in Mathematics. I absolutely adore math.

I am married to the school resource teacher, Mr. Ellis and we just recently welcomed our first child, River, into the universe on May 18th.

Fun Facts:

• I have two dogs, Kuechly and Minnie, and one cat we call Cat.

• My dad was in the Air Force as I was growing up so I have lived all over the country.

• I live on coffee and Dr. Pepper. ;)
