Happy Friday!

I hope everyone has had a wonderful week.

This past week in Earth and Env. Science We began Unit 2 on Weathering and Minerals The discussions this week included the definition of minerals and the components of the different types of rocks. We continued the week with an activity on mining, a discussion on chemical and physical weathering of rocks and will complete the week with a lesson and lab on Karst landscapes.

This coming week, we will continue Unit 2 with weathering, Karst Topography, soil composition, a quiz on Thursday, agriculture and mass movement. A busy week for sure..
